Gavin Hunt named his roving Kaizer Chiefs team to face PWD Bamenda in their preliminary round clash of the CAF Champions League on Sunday.
Kaizer Chiefs will face Cameroon defending champion PWD Bamenda on Sunday in Limbe. The Amakhosi return to Africa’s premier club competition after a four-year absence.
The last time the Amakhosi competed in the CAF Champions was in 2016 with Steve Komphela. The Glamor Boys were eliminated by the Ivory Coast giants Asec Mimosas in the first round.

The Kaizer Chiefs have scored just five points in their first five league games this season and many have wondered if the Amakhosi will also compete in Africa given their lack of depth at the team and the disastrous start to the season at home.
However, Gavin Hunt’s traveling team suggests that Amakhosi will definitely take the 2020/2021 CAF Champions League seriously.
