JOHANNESBURG – The Pretoria High Court on Monday annulled Dudu Myeni’s application against his provisional delinquency order.
This after the former chairman of the South African Airways (SAA) board appealed an earlier decision that the delinquency sentence can be enforced even as she tries to appeal to the Supreme Court of Appeals.
Myeni has been in and out of court with the Organization to Undo Fiscal Abuse (Outa) and the South African Pilots Association, and the organizations say Myeni must be held accountable for spoiling deals that could have generated billions of rand for SAA.

Myeni took another blow in her attempt to stop the implementation of last year’s order, which she deemed a rogue director.
This after the Supreme Court plenary bogged down the list case, meaning she must immediately vacate all of her remaining management positions, including that of the Jacob Zuma Trust.
The court said the order must be carried out despite Myeni’s attempt to appeal.
Outa’s Wayne Duvenage has welcomed the ruling.
Myeni was declared a delinquent director for life after Outa and the SA Pilots Association accused her of collapsing the troubled airline during her tenure at SAA.
