JOHANNESBURG – Donations are pouring into the Living Hope Center in Cape Town for victims of a shack fire.
Thousands of people have been displaced in the informal settlement of Masiphumele in Noordhoek.

Volunteers are now sorting donations and preparing food for the homeless.
The local government will declare a local disaster to access emergency relief funds.
