PORT ELIZABETH – President Cyril Ramaphosa commented Thursday on the mandatory hospitalization of COVID-19 patients when evaluating the Eastern Cape’s readiness to deal with an increase in infections.
Ramaphosa said that the coronavirus has helped the state improve service delivery. He admitted that there have been some minor setbacks.
