While the building is closed, pending criminal cases in the regional and district courts will be dealt with in courts 21 and 22, which are located in the Somtseu Road Municipal Court.

New criminal matters will be handled at the various police stations in the vicinity by magistrates, prosecutors, interpreters and court clerks.
