Chris Hemsworth is lined up to play the WWE legend Hulk Hogan in a Netflix biopic, according to the US media.
The “Thor” actor will rehearse the role of Hogan in the film directed by Todd Phillips, the director behind “Joker.”
Speaking about the movie recently, the actor said he hasn’t seen the script for the movie yet.
In an interview with Screen Rant, Hemsworth said, “I haven’t read a script yet. I know it’s being written and worked on now.”
“I know very little about that. It is now in process.
“I am simply fascinated by that world, and I think they are very interested in showing a side of the world that people have not seen before.” I’m as intrigued as you are. “
Commenting on the film, Hogan said on television a few months ago that Phillips had previously told him that Hemsworth believes he could win an Oscar for the role.
“We had a meeting and [Phillips] He says, “I really think this could be a great movie and Chris Hemsworth is a huge fan,” said Hogan.
