Manchester United star Bruno Fernandes appears to be excited about the imminent transfer of Donny van de Beek from Ajax.
The two European giants have had relatively easy negotiations according to reports suggesting there have been minor problems.
It makes sense given that the current CEO of Ajax is United’s former great Edwin van der Sar and also Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s former teammate.
Van de Beek addresses the team’s need for depth, as well as adding good quality to the club’s engine room.
The Red Devils lacked the quality of their starting eleven last season, so it’s good to see them try to tackle the problem.

The Tweet above shows Bruno ‘liking’ an image on Instagram that says the two clubs agreed on a deal for Van de Beek.
Footballers are not normally encouraged to do such things and it is something that clubs despise as it can sometimes cause harm.
So it will be interesting to see if United takes any action on this or if it is seen as harmless.
After all, it would only be embarrassing if Van de Beek’s transfer failed, otherwise it’s something fans are excited about.
