Former Prison Services CFO Patrick Gillingham, Former Correctional Services Chief Linda Mti and Bosasa’s former CFO Andries van Tonder briefly appeared in Pretoria Commercial Crimes Court on Friday.

However, the matter was postponed due to the hospitalization of co-defendant Angelo Agrizzi after he was denied bail in another corruption case before Palm Ridge Magistrates Court on Wednesday.

The defendants are accused of various charges of money laundering and violations of the Laws of Public Finance Management and Prevention and Combat of Corrupt Activities.
