SuperSport has launched a new mobile application that offers a new interface and a more elegant experience than the previous version.
“With a year of development, the application was launched last week and offers a completely redesigned and much more elegant experience than before,” SuperSport said in a statement.
“With an emphasis on a richer, more visual feed, app users will be able to personalize their content by following their favorite teams, tournaments and more.”
SuperSport said users will need to log in via email or their social media account (Facebook, Twitter, Google, Apple) to be presented with news, ratings and videos tailored to their preferences.
The app also offers greater depth for regular viewing thanks to additional features like finely tuned notifications, improved search, and wide coverage of all sports.
Users of the SuperSport app can receive up-to-the-minute commentary and score updates on all their favorite competitions, including the Premier League, DStv Premiership, Vodacom Super Rugby Unlocked and more.

“We have invested a lot of time, energy and resources to make this an application that reflects SuperSport’s pursuit of supreme sports coverage and insight,” explained Gideon Khobane, CEO of SuperSport.
“Users will be delighted with the clever and intuitive design, plus the ability to catch up on the latest news or dig deeper.”
The SuperSport application is available in all countries and can be downloaded for free from the Google Play Store, Apple App Store and Huawei AppGallery.
Users do not need to be DStv or MultiChoice users to download and use the SuperSport application.
