Record via Sport Witness says Arsenal are considering trading FC Porto star Fabio Vieira.
The 20-year-old is destined to become the next big star to emerge from the Portuguese giants.
He has played 7 league games and 4 Champions League games for them this season.
His development has been monitored by the Gunners and Olympique de Marseille, according to the report.
Arsenal have been struggling for form and creativity recently and the upcoming transfer window offers them a chance to add some fresh legs to their squad and perhaps turn things around for themselves.
The report says that Vieira is in line to sign a new contract in Porto, however with his current deal containing a clause of just £ 27 million, the Portuguese side faces a real risk of missing out on signing it on a new deal.
The report says he may not move in the next transfer window, but Arsenal will keep an eye on his development and is more likely to move in the summer.
Arsenal need a new spark in their midfield. His lack of creativity has made it difficult for even Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to score goals this season.
Vieira is still very young and can become a great midfield star with Mikel Arteta.
