Adama Traore’s agent has refused to rule out a summer transfer amid claims that Liverpool could launch a £ 70 million offer.

The winger of the Lobos has enjoyed a stunning season with Nuno Espirito Santo, becoming one of the most dangerous players in the top flight.

That form has meant that some of the world’s biggest soccer teams have linked up with the 24-year-old.

The Spaniard has recently stated that he would consider a return to Spain, either with his old team Barcelona or with archrival Real Madrid.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has also been credited with an interest, with claims that he could be a target of £ 70 million when the window finally opens.

He has been touted as a possible replacement for Sadio Mane or Mohamed Salah, whether he is leaving Anfield this summer.

And Traore’s agent, Rodri Baster, speaking to EFE (via Sport Witness), he has claimed that several teams would have been on the market for him, hoping that the COVID-19 outbreak will not affect a possible transfer.

Baster said: “I cannot speak to contractual situations because it is a private matter, but Adama was having a good season, and with his age, conditions and the fact that he is a very attractive player, there would have been a market for him, there is no doubt that.

“We have to hope that the situation returns to normal and does not affect him this summer.”
