Self-proclaimed pastor Christ Penelope, who founded Seven Fold Holy Spirit Ministries, reportedly farts on his parishioners as a healing process that cures all spiritual and physical problems.
Giyani’s pastor Limpopo gained viral attention after a photo of him sitting on a parishioner’s face and allegedly farting was circulated on social media.
However, the pastor has defended himself saying that it is the demonstration of the power of God after he was accused of hiding behind religion to perpetuate his shameful actions.
In an interview with Drum, Penelope said her unorthodox and stinky healing ritual is a demonstration of God’s power.
He claims that he is following the divine example of putting people in need of a miracle into deep sleep before giving them the healing they need.
“It started with the Master Jesus when he stepped on Peter. It is the demonstration of the power of God. Just as God made Adam sleep soundly, it is something similar. God did anything with Adam’s body while he was on the ground in a dream. I felt nothing, “Penelope told Drum.
He says that it is important that the fart is close to the person’s nostrils so that the “healing power” can enter the body and do its work.
After stepping on or sitting on parishioners while they are in “deep sleep,” says Penelope when parishioners wake up, they say they felt nothing.
The cloth man said that people who are sick are cured after their farting ritual.
