- M-Net (DStv 101) has acquired the African broadcast rights to Oprah Winfrey’s exclusive sit-down television special with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
- The interview, which contains some shocking revelations, will be shown on Monday, March 8 at 7:30 p.m. in South Africa.
- In a second trailer that has since been released, Meghan tells Oprah, “I don’t know how [the palace] We could expect that after all this time we will remain silent if there is an active role the company is playing in perpetuating the falsehoods about us. “
the Tv special Oprah with Meghan and Harry originally intended to be 90 minutes has been extended to 2 hours and will air in Africa on M-Net just 16 hours after its broadcast in the United States on Sunday, March 7.
In the UK, the special will air on ITV at 11pm, which means that South African DStv subscribers will see the special and its content 2.5 hours before British viewers.
In Oprah with Meghan and Harry, Oprah Winfrey will speak to Meghan in an extensive interview that will cover everything from beginning to live like royalty, marriage, motherhood and philanthropic work to how she is managing life under intense public pressure.
Later, Prince Harry joins the two as they talk about their move to the United States and their future hopes and dreams for their expanding family.
At CBS TV promotion Oprah tells Meghan, “I just want to make it clear to everyone that no topic is off limits.”
The talk show queen then asks Meghan, “Were you silent or were you silenced?”
“You’ve said some pretty shocking things here,” he says in another snippet.
A second trailer has since been released, in the immediate aftermath of the intimidation allegations against the Duchess, which the couple have since said is being used as a “smear campaign” by Buckingham Palace before your interview.
