Rachel, co-founder of the fitness community Rise, posted about her diagnosis on Instagram.

“I never had a fever, no sore throat, no cough,” she said of her symptoms, adding, “I actually spent the day in the pool and assumed I had a sinus infection. I realized I couldn’t. smell nothing, so I went straight into isolation until I got my positive result. “
“It has been very hard and scary at times, especially when you have young children who don’t understand why they can’t touch you, [sic]” she wrote.
Rachel urged her followers to take the necessary health and safety precautions, saying: “COVID is not like the flu. It is much worse and if my post can encourage someone to take an extra precautionary step it will be great, too if you know People who don’t take Covid seriously, please talk to them about it. People are dying. [sic]”

“Seeing how difficult it has been for Rachel @rachel_kolisi has not been easy, especially when I cannot be physically with her. It’s not easy, [sic]” he wrote.
“Let us continue to remember the severity of this virus and do everything possible to protect those around us,” he added.
