British comedian Eddie Izzard says he wants to “go back to girl mode from now on.”

The 58-year-old made the announcement about the Sky Arts series. Portrait Artist of the Year last week in which she described herself as gender-fluid and said she chose to use the pronouns “she” and “she,” she reports Sky News.

Actor received praise from LGBT charity Stonewall, reports The Guardian. Associate Director of Communications and Campaigns Robbie de Santos said: “We are delighted that Eddie was able to courageously share his truth with the world.

“Being open about using different pronouns is often incredibly difficult, especially in public view; your courageous decision will mean a lot to trans and gender-fluid communities around the world.”

The news comes shortly after Elliot Page thanked his fans for her “love and support” after coming out as transgender earlier this month.
