Egypt and Al Ahly legend Hossam Hassan praised Pitso Mosimane and said he is a high-level coach.
Since arriving in Cairo, Al Ahly has only had success with Pitso, clinching the treble last season, including a historic CAF Champions League title over Zamalek.
Overall with the Reds, Pitso has won 11 of 12 games for the club, tying the other with ten men against Pyramids FC.
And even though his twin brother Ibrahim Hassan criticized him, Hossam Hassan praised Mosimane and said he is a hard working coach.

“I previously said that the fact that both Al Ahly and Zamalek made it to the CAF Champions League is a great success.
Who won the title? One team will win the title, the tournament is valuable to Al Ahly in all respects and this is a great story and both teams are winners.
“Zamalek lost the title, but they deserved it like Al Ahly, but in the end the hard-working team won and the one that took advantage of the chances. Congratulations to Al Ahly.
When asked about Pitso Mosimane, Hossam Hassan replied: “A high-level coach.
“Al Ahly and Zamalek make history for foreign coaches. Pitso Mosimane struggles, but everything is available to him.
“Winning titles with Al Ahly is due to his diligence, but the well-known ‘Al Ahly football’ has yet to be seen with Pitso,” he added.
Hossam Hassan, who is Al Ahly’s all-time top scorer alongside Mahmoud El-Khatib, is off to a good start to his time as Ittihad of Alexandria manager.
Under his command, Ittihad beat Pyramids FC in their first game of the 2020/21 season, before drawing in the Alexandria derby against Smouha.
The team currently ranks fifth in the league table with four points and their next game will be against ENPPI at home on Sunday December 27th.
