According to Advanced Life Support paramedic Garrith Jamieson, the fire started after 11:00.

Jamieson said no deaths were reported and that several people were treated and stabilized at the scene.

“At this stage, the latest update is that 13 people have been taken to the hospital for various injuries. The fire department has several units in [the] scene and is still tackling this fire. However, with the strong winds, it is quite difficult, “he said.
