Lions coach Ivan van Rooyen has made two changes to the equipment that will host Western Province in a Currie Cup clash in Johannesburg on Saturday night.
The two changes are on the baseline where the Springbok scrum half Ross Cronje is back in the initial XV, rotating with Morne van den Berg.
Tiaan swanepoel he also replaces the injured EW Viljoen as a winger. Viljoen suffered a Grade 2 hamstring tear in last weekend’s 20-17 win over Griquas and will be out of the game for four to six weeks.
Flyhalf Elton Jantjies will continue to lead the Lions, who are currently fifth in the standings with two wins from seven games.
Saturday’s match at Ellis Park is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
