WWE Survivor Series Results: The Undertaker Confirms Retirement After Epic Main Event Match

Survivor Series is traditionally one of WWE’s ‘Big Four’ pay-per-view events and the 2020 edition did not disappoint.

As always, this is the only time of year that RAW and SmackDown can go head-to-head in the ring, but Sunday night also saw the added excitement of The Undertaker’s ‘Final Farewell.’

With the cards stacked and the legends saying goodbye again, it was always going to be a night full of shocks and surprises.

Before Survivor Series, Roman Reigns vs. Drew McIntyre was being touted as a clash of the two main stars of WWE and their match certainly did not disappoint.

But there were also three other champion versus champion matches on the card, as well as the traditional five-on-five tag team elimination bouts.

  • Four. Bobby lashley (United States RAW Champion) def. Sami zayn (SmackDown Intercontinental Champion)
  • 5. Sasha banks (SmackDown Women’s Champion) def. Asuka (RAW Women’s Champion)
  • 6. RAW team (Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler, Lana, Lacey Evans and Peyton Royce) def. Team SmackDown (Bianca Belair, Ruby Riott, Liv Morgan, Bayley and Natalya) Wool was the only survivor
  • 7. Roman reigns (SmackDown Universal Champion) def. Drew McIntyre (RAW WWE Champion) by submission after interference from Hey use

After the main event, The Undertaker delivered his “Final Farewell” speech.

Legends like Ric Flair, HBK, The Big Show, JBL, Jeff Hardy, Mick Foley, The Godfather, and members of the Bone Street Krew were on hand to fire The Deaman.

Mark Calaway, the man behind the iconic character, confirmed in his speech that he is officially retired from WWE, explaining that it’s time to let The Undertaker rest in peace.
