JOHANNESBURG – Supreme Court Vice President Raymond Zondo said he would deliver his sentence on his challenge on Wednesday at 10 a.m. M.

The state capture commission heard arguments from former President Jacob Zuma’s attorney, Muzi Sikhakhane, and the commission’s evidence leader, attorney Paul Pretorious, on Monday.

Zondo had said he would consider the arguments overnight, but said he needed another day.

Meanwhile, former President Jacob Zuma, who was already seated for the expected verdict, said he might not be available tomorrow because he has a funeral to attend.
