That was, until she fell in love with her prince William and had to put aside her beliefs to follow love, as her friend revealed in an explosive new interview.
Kate’s classmate who went to Marlborough College with her recalled her life before royalty in a conversation with the Mail on Sunday.
“All Catherine ever wanted was a husband, a country house, lots of children, a dog and a kitchen with an Aga. Becoming a member of the Royal Family, being the center of attention, is the last thing she would have wanted, “Said the friend.
“But she fell in love with William, who turned out to be the heir to the throne. She married William despite his position, not because of that,” they added.
“While Catherine’s younger sister, Pippa, was always expected to be a passionate lawyer or city worker, with her mother’s ambition and drive, Catherine was much more like her father. She wanted a home environment and happy, taking care of everyone ”, they added.
