Princess Diana, if she were still alive, would have made sure to do her best to reconcile Prince William and Harry.
So much so, that she ‘would have hit their heads’ in order to put some common sense in both and prevent their enmity from eating the peace of the royal family.
This statement was made by Paul Burrell, who was a servant in the Royal Household in the 1980s and 1990s.
“If your mother were here today, I would reunite you,” he shared True Royalty TV’s weekly program The Royal Beat.
“She would bang their heads and tell them, ‘Don’t be so stupid, you are my children, you are both the same.’
Rumors of a plausible breakup between the two brothers first surfaced when Harry went crazy over how William tried to damage his relationship with Meghan Markle.
Diana’s youngest son was haunted by how his older brother doubted his growing romance with Markle the moment he met her.
Royal historian Robert Lacey wrote in his biography Battle of brothers, “William was concerned that his brother was moving too fast in their courtship, and he didn’t shy away from saying that much when Harry started talking about marrying Meghan too soon.”
