17 people hospitalized after colliding with 5 cars in Chartwell

JOHANNESBURG – Seventeen people were rushed to hospital after an accident in Chartwell.
Paramedics responded to a rear-end collision involving five cars and a taxi on Cedar Road around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Most of those involved suffered minor to moderate injuries, but one woman is in serious condition.
The police are investigating the accident.
