Manchester United star infuriates Bruno Fernandes in training

Bruno Fernandes got angry with one of his Manchester United teammates in training for the game against Everton.

Manchester United have had a bumpy start to the season. While there have been highs like the 2-1 away win against Paris Saint-Germain or the 5-0 win over RB Leipzig, the Premier League campaign has been disappointing to say the least.

At this time, they sit in the thirteenth position of the table. And if things don’t improve quickly in league terms, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could see the exit soon enough. However, one player who has maintained his standards through all of this is Bruno Fernandes.

Since joining the club in January, the Portuguese has been the bright light for the Red Devils. It was a big reason as the club managed to finish in the top four last season. And in 11 appearances this season, he has scored 6 times and also provided 5 assists.

Thus, it is understandable when you see that your teammates are not performing at that level, especially when some of them are not even giving their best. And that’s exactly what appears to have happened in Manchester United’s pre-game training against Everton, who thankfully ended up winning 3-1 at Goodison Park.

According to The Times, Fernandes was angered when Mason Greenwood refused to run for a pass during a mini-game in practice last Friday. Apparently, the youngster performed poorly on the day and was completely out of the squad against Everton. Although that was attributed to Solskjaer not feeling well later.

However, this is not the first time that Greenwood’s attitude has been questioned. The Wonder Boy has been hailed as one of the greatest talents to emerge from the club’s youth setup in years. But all the rumors surrounding him in recent weeks, sadly, have been negative.

Hopefully those rumors aren’t true and Greenwood will be able to return to the first team as soon as possible. He has already shown that he has talent. Now it’s just about the application.
