Prince Harry and Prince William may be in the middle of an endless feud, but the two brothers still care deeply for each other.
This was proven by the claims of a royal expert who said the Duke of Sussex had a “difficult time” keeping his concerns at bay as his older brother battled the coronavirus earlier this year in April.
Royal Central Deputy Editor Brittani Barger said during a chat with Daily star that Harry would have been concerned for his family back home when the infectious disease struck their home, infecting Prince Charles and later Prince William.
He said that Harry would have been informed of the diagnosis via a phone call, adding that he would not have found out from the rest of the world recently.
She further said that “no matter what”, Harry would have “verified his brother when he found out”.
“I think Harry checked his brother when he found out he had COVID. No matter what, that’s his brother, and you wouldn’t want him to have the virus,” she said.
“I’m sure he was worried that he had it and that Kate and the kids would get it. I think it’s natural,” she continued.
“Harry is like so many in the sense that he has been separated from his family for a long period of time due to this pandemic. It has been a stressful time for all of us and seeing loved ones sick with something like COVID, and knowing that it’s halfway around the world, it’s not easy. “
“He could only make video calls or phone calls to see how his father and brother were doing. I think Harry was personally told that William had COVID. I don’t think that’s something that they would let him discover with the rest of the world, ”he continued.
“They are family, so I’m sure someone in the family told them,” she added.
