Reeve Frosler was seen limping off the field and substituted in the 29thth minute of the MTN8 Cup semifinal match against archrivals Orlando Pirates on Sunday 8th November. Frosler was subsequently removed from the Bafana Bafana team due to playing in the Cameroon Afcon qualifiers this weekend. Following the medical examination, the midfielder underwent an MRI which confirmed that he will be out of the game for 8 weeks.

Samir Nurkovic is reported to be making good progress and the medical team expects his return to training camps in two weeks. The forward is recovering from an operation that has let him miss the start of this season.
Meanwhile, Keletso Sifama missed the last two games due to a minor ankle injury. The young forward has recovered, and the medical team has given him everything clear to resume full training.

Amakhosi’s next match is a visit to the KZN province to face the Lamontville Golden Arrows in the DStv Premiership. The match will take place at the Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium on Saturday, November 21. The start is at 15:30.
