Meghan Markle and Prince Harry seem to have more trouble on their way when another dangerous animal was spotted lurking in their area.

After a bear scare earlier this week, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in nearby Montecito in California were visited by a cougar.

Wild beasts have been prowling the area since the last few days and the cougar also roars at a dog in one of the houses.

The dangerous animal was spotted just two miles from where royalty resides, The Sun reported.

After the lion was seen wandering around, the dog’s owner called in experts from the Santa Barbara County Fish and Wildlife Commission.

The resident, Miles Hartfeld’s fiancée Gretchen Lieff, spoke to The Sun about the sighting and said: “The wildlife biologist said it came from a cat and was too big for a lynx.”

Earlier this week, a large and untamed black bear was seen prowling the neighborhood that had reportedly attacked chickens and also rummaging through garbage bins.

The bear had reportedly been living on a nearby ranch that was recently sold, after which the wild animal is likely to wander in search of food and a new den.

Experts claim that the bear can grow up to seven feet tall and weigh 550 pounds.

The bear had previously appeared near Oprah Winfrey’s property and has returned once again.

The Sun cited the Montecito Association email sent to homeowners, which read: “The bear likely lives at Ranchos San Carlos, which was recently sold. There may be new activity on the ranch that is bothering the bear. and is unleashing it in the community. “

“This could be a bad outcome for that bear, unfortunately, and it’s dangerous for the neighbors. Sheriffs are contacting Fish and Wildlife to humanely trap the animal so it can be safely relocated,” the email added.
