The health department has been contacted for comment, as have two clubs that have been cited as popular with students.
As schools enter the most important part of the school year, which is enrollment exams, doctors asked students to limit socializing outside of school and to keep their meetings outside of schools to a maximum of four friends, mainly outdoors.
They advised students to:
- avoid indoor parties and sleepovers;
- postpone visits until after your exams;
- exercise to help manage your stress; Y
- observe social distancing.
A school principal said: “I appeal in the strongest terms to our students and parents to be aware at all times of the extremely high risk of infection when health and safety measures are not followed, in particular when they are not they wear masks.
“For matrics: You must be willing, you must be willing, to give up the short-term pleasures of the party, until the final exams are behind you.
“For students in other grades who go to parties: you are also putting our school community at risk, especially the matrices that are on the verge of such important tests.
