The custody battle for former Hollywood partner Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt continues to turn bitter as more developments emerge in the case.
According to the most recent information, the case will now involve many more witnesses who will be arrested, after news about Pitt included former Jolie co-star Jillian Armenante as one of the witnesses who took the stand.
Two former aides of the Pernicious The actor along with bodyguards, security expert, medical professionals and violence experts is also expected to be called to the stand.
Other than that, Pitt’s list also named a family friend.
It was further revealed that the ex-partner’s six children – Maddox, 18, Pax, 16, Zahara, 15, Shiloh, 14 and twins Vivienne and Knox, 12 – are not expected to stand up in the custody battle.
Talking to HollywoodLife, divorce attorney Raoul Felder explained why the children will not get involved.
“In general, children don’t take the stage. If required [to hear their side] the judge can interview them in private. The judges have a lot of experience talking to children, but they hate it because no matter how nice the judge is, it is a test for the child, ”he said.
“The child is in a strange place, in a large stone building with people with weapons walking around in uniform and they have to see their mother or father at different tables. It is a terrible way to proceed and I really believe that the judge [in Brad and Angelina’s case] He is not going to allow it, certainly not at this stage of the process, “he added.
