CAPE TOWN – Police are searching for six gunmen following another mass shooting in Cape Town.
The suspects shot and killed five people in Joe Slovo’s Milnerton community Thursday night.
Potelwa police novel urged members of the public to submit any information about the murder spree.
“Reports indicate that six armed men came to a house and shot a woman in the head. She died at the scene. A few blocks away the men then shot and killed three men and one woman.
The motive for the killings is unknown.
Several mass shootings have been reported in Cape Town in recent weeks in communities such as Khayelitsha and Hanover Park, where eleven people, including two children, were injured.
At Browns Farm, four members of the same family were killed when gunmen broke into their home.
An 11-year-old boy was among those killed in this attack.
