The author of Battle of brothers Robert Lacey claims that Prince Harry and his older brother Prince William’s relationship was “ completely broken ” by Harry’s disrespect and that the royal siblings have barely spoken since.
The explosive book claims that the rift between Prince Harry and William began when the former “betrayed” the queen by announcing Megxit’s plans without consulting her.
The author further claimed that the division could cause immense damage to the monarchy.
The older brother was shocked by Harry’s decision to renounce his royal duty and service to the crown.
He writes: “If this gap between the brothers is not cured in some way, it will come to coincide with the crisis of the abdication of 1936 and the death of Diana in 1997 as one of the traumas that changed the monarchy.”
