Former Bafana coach Bafana has wished the Brazilians the best in their bid to defend the PSL title next season
Pitso Mosimane’s eight-year relationship with Mamelodi Sundowns came to an end after he was offered the opportunity to work elsewhere.
As it stands, Egyptian giants Al Ahly are understood to be Mosimane’s next club, and he is expected to be introduced by the Cairo-based team on Saturday.
The 56-year-old mentor said an emotional farewell to the Brazilians, the fans, the board, the club president Patrice Motsepe and all those associated with the club.
He admitted that he couldn’t have accomplished half of what he did at Sundowns if it hadn’t been for Motsepe.
In his farewell, Mosimane also revealed the reasons why he left for the 2016 Caf Champions League champions.
