A 49-year-old man from Durban was arrested for allegedly attempting to shoot his wife. He was arrested on Friday after the couple had an argument on Monday.
During the discussion, the man allegedly tried to shoot his wife, but failed, explained police spokesman Colonel Thembeka Mbele.
“It is alleged that on September 21, 2020 [Monday], a couple had an argument while at their home on Ridge Road and the husband pulled out a firearm and fired a shot at the wife, but missed. The wife fled the house. An attempted murder case was opened at the Mayville police station for investigation, “Mbele said.
