The retired shooter has shared his thoughts on the new league sponsor ahead of the new campaign.
Former Orlando Pirates forward Patrick Malokase praised the Premier Soccer League (PSL) governing body for finding a new sponsor in the form of DStv, saying Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns would want to start a trend by winning the first title. under the new banner.
However, Malokase acknowledged that it will take time for fans to adjust to Absa’s new league title name to DStv, but says the Randburg-based company has invested heavily in South African soccer.

On the fact that fans will still take time to adjust to the new name, the former Platinum Stars hitman said the changes will affect many in the game.
