- Their bodies were reportedly dumped alongside the road in the Eshobeni reserve.
- You must appear in court when you are discharged from the hospital where you are being treated for a stabbing.
A KwaZulu-Natal man who allegedly killed two women by shooting them in the head was arrested, police said Monday.
The 39-year-old man was said to be linked to the discovery of two bodies found along the road in the Eshobeni reserve in KwaMbonambi on Saturday.
“The bodies suffered gunshot wounds to the forehead and were found by members of the community. The investigation conducted at the scene revealed that a Bakkie with the driver and two passengers was traveling in the Eshobeni area when the driver dropped the two women they were shot at, “alleged police spokesman Colonel Thembeka Mbele.
He said the motive for the murder had not yet been established.
“The driver of the vehicle was tracked down and found at a local clinic where he was found [with] stabbing in [the] left arm.”

Mbele said the deceased were identified as Neli Mkhwanazi, 35, from the Dukuduku Reservation and Zanele Amanda Mbuyazi, 37, from the Khondweni Reservation.
Mbele said the man would appear in the KwaMbonambi Magistrates Court upon discharge.
