There are few players in the world who can break the internet with one move. Lionel Messi is obviously one, Cristiano Ronaldo another. Perhaps the most exciting move in soccer right now is the next crown prince of the sport. According to The Times, that move may not be far behind, as the newspaper claims Liverpool linked to Kylian Mbappé has told PSG they want to leave next summer.

Liverpool linked with Mbappé

For a couple of years, Liverpool have been linked with a move by Kylian Mbappé.

In February, Spanish media El Desmarque reported that Liverpool was one of four offers on the table for Mbappé.

In 2019 there were many Kopites convinced that # Mbappe2020 would be the trend for the summer.

However, either because of the impact of the global health crisis, or simply because the Reds don’t have the inclination, the measure has not materialized.

Mbappé warns PSG

According to The Times, Mbappé has told PSG that he wants to leave the club at the end of the season.

The report claims that the youngster has his eyes on moving to La Liga or the Premier League.

Without a doubt, PSG will demand an all-powerful fee for the young man who signed for 180 million euros.

However, since the player’s contract expires in 2022, the club may be forced to be more reasonable or risk losing one of the most valuable players on the planet for free.

What does RTK have to say

Imagine if Liverpool signed Kylian Mbappé. It would be a massive declaration of intent from FSG.

It would also make a lot of sense all things considered. Still only 21 years old, its resale value will be huge even in about eight years. Its marketability is through the roof.

However, the Reds will obviously have to compete with players like Real Madrid for his signature should he become available.

We will follow this closely.
