Kate Middleton’s past pregnancy is being detailed through reports looking at how she battled her health complications.

The uncovered reports show how the Duchess of Cambridge’s pregnancy with Prince George had been filled with many challenges related to her health and how she handled them all.

Suffering from hyperemesis, the Duchess faced extreme morning sickness which she battled through supplemental hydration and nutrients.

Kate had talked about Happy mama, happy baby podcast, where he said, “It was through hyperemesis that I really realized the power of the mind over the body because I really had to try everything and everything to try to help me get through it.”

“I’m not going to say that William was standing there, singing sweet words to me. It definitely wasn’t! ” she said.

“I didn’t even ask him about it, but it was something he wanted to do for me. I saw the power of that really, meditation and deep breathing and things like that, that they teach you in hypnopartum, when I was really sick and I actually realized that this was something that I could control, I guess, during labor. . ”She continued.

“It was hugely powerful and because it had been so bad during the pregnancy, I really liked the labor quite a bit,” she added.
