Gareth Southgate is putting his foot in the England team, making it clear that misconduct will not be tolerated.

After the two made their England debuts in a 1-0 win over Iceland, a story emerged in the Icelandic press with videos of the couple, showing they had befriended two women who had later sneaked into the team’s hotel. .
The pair were told that they could not train with the squad as they had broken the bubble that had been created to keep the squad separate from the general population and limit any risk of spreading the infection.
They were then sent home and now face a period of time in the cold as both have just entered the England setup.
“I spoke to both of them when I said yesterday that they know what happened is unacceptable in both the Covid case and, as I’ve learned more details, on any basis,” Southgate added.

Southgate also promised to help Foden, 20, and Greenwood, 18, learn from their mistakes.
