He died at the scene.
Colonel Naidu says that in the second incident that occurred on Saturday afternoon, the body of a foreign national, Hemiedi Muhamedi Naeya, 41, was found on Piggot Road.
She says that according to a witness, a white car with a man inside was parked on Fordyce Road for a long time and then two men approached from the Baakens Valley address and got into the car.
Naidu says it is alleged that shortly after, the driver jumped out of the vehicle holding his chest.
