The commission of inquiry into the allegations of state capture continued on Monday with testimonies related to Bosasa.
Sandy Thomas, personal assistant to former Cabinet Minister Nomvula Mokonyane, will take the stand.
Last week, Supreme Court Vice President Raymond Zondo warned him to appear on the commission or “risk criminal charges.”
She was summoned to appear on Tuesday at 09:00 but arrived later that day.
Last week, former Bosasa employee Bongiwe Dube testified that on the December holiday a company called FoodBoys said there was a “large order” of meat worth roughly 17,000 rand.
When he contacted his superior, he was told that the order was for Mokonyane.
