Raya is a goalkeeper and is linked to a signing by the Emirates as a replacement for Emiliano Martínez.
Martinez has been in good shape for Arsenal since the Premier League resumption when he replaced the injured Bernd Leno in goal.
However, Arsenal still consider Leno their first choice and will sell Martinez for the right price.
Benrahma is an exciting winger who has been instrumental in the goals the Bees have scored since he joined them and Arsenal would like to add him to their attack heading into the new season.
