Katy Perry is currently expecting her first baby with fiancé Orlando Bloom.
The singer recently revealed that she will not have her baby shower or other plans to celebrate the pregnancy, due to the coronavirus outbreak.
“It’s okay to feel all the feelings. I’ve had to reschedule many plans,” Perry told a fan, who shared that his own wedding is scheduled for next month but that he is having “difficulty staying positive.”
“And it’s not like everyone’s doing a honeymoon or a baby shower, but I’m not sure I can do any of that. I only take it one day at a time,” Perry added.
“But I will thank you,” he continued. “I mean, I’m thankful now, but you know, a lot is happening.”
On April 3, Perry revealed that she and Bloom will have a daughter, sharing a photo of her fiance covered in pink cream, clearly part of a messy but fun gender reveal, and simply captioning, “She’s a girl.”
