The WWE universe saw a beautiful gesture from Roman Reigns when he helped his brother Sheild, Seth Rollins, safely make a move. A move that wounded Seth Rollins and kept him out of the WWE ring for a long time.

The physicality involved in a professional wrestling match is a beautiful thing for fans. However, athletes risk their life and well-being every time they jump off the top ring rope or every time they are on the receiving end of a deadly motion. We’ve seen countless injuries within the WWE ring and we’ve also seen superstars escaping possible injury inside the ring. And a similar scenario took place during the match between Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins in Money in the Bank when they were fighting for the WWE championship.

During a live show, Seth Rollins tore his ACL, MCL, and meniscus. Rollins confronted Kane when he attempted to execute his signature move to strike Kane across the table. Kane was on the second rope when Rollins walked over to him at sunset. However, Rollins landed on the instep of his right foot, which cost him dearly.

Brothers Shield, Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins fought for the WWE title

After surgery and rehabilitation, Rollins finally returned to WWE and his eyes were on the WWE championship that he never lost. Unfortunately, he had to go head to head against Roman Reigns to claim his title. The former Shield member faced Money in the Bank that year.

It was an exciting match that was filled with close falls and exciting moments. However, one incident caught the attention of fans when Reigns helped Rollins execute the same move that hurt Rollins in his match against Kane.

This is not the first time that fans have seen superstars save each other from injuries within WWE’s unforgiving ring. However, fans must have been happy to see former Shield brothers return to being inside the ring.
