According to Jimin, 1 Adorable Scene From the BTS ‘Dynamite’ Music Video was Unscripted and Freestyled

For the first time, BTS released a song entirely in English. “Dynamite” exploded in August 2020 on the music charts and YouTube trend page, and included a few adorable shots of these K-pop artists. Here is what Jimin said about one scene with the youngest member of the group, Jungkook.

BTS released their music video for ‘Dynamite’

This K-pop group lights up the music charts with their new single, “Dynamite.” The music video for BTS’s recently released song has bright colors, a retro vibe, and a lively feel, as BTS members hope to bring some happiness to fans during the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).

“This is a situation where everyone around the world has to deal with it, so we’re just starting to explore what we can do right now, what can we do really well?” BTS rapper, Suga, said of the single, according to an interview with USA Today.

The music video for “Dynamite” highlights the K-pop artists who drink milk, eat donuts, and freestyle dance. There’s even one adorant moment when Jimin jumps on Jungkook’s back.

A few moments in ‘Dynamite’ were ‘freestyled’ by the BTS members

According to fans, RM asked as the makers behind the music video asked Jimin to jump on Jungkook’s back. Jimin replied and said it was ‘freestyle’. When the boys first responded to the music video during a V Live, they called the moment “so sentimental.”

Jimin smiled in response. This would not be the only time Jikook stole hearts in the music video “Dynamite”. The two of them dancing and unpacking their coats together? Iconic and adorable.

Some even pointed out the similarities with Jimin’s solo dance and Michael Jackson’s dance moves. Of course, not all dances were without script.

The boys danced together in their pastel clothes, showcasing their talents further. This is just the beginning of this retro era, though, as RM confirmed that a new album is already in the works.

This is just one of the BTS members’ record-breaking music videos

Within hours of the release of the “Dynamite” music video, BTS members broke YouTube records. Told, the video earns 10 million views in 20 minutes and more than 50 million views in less than 24 hours.

Other music videos, including “DNA” and “Boy With Luv” made YouTube history. Fans of this K-pop group made the music video a top trending topic on social media platforms, and often shared their love for the K-pop group and this new, retro, upbeat era.

More information on the upcoming BTS album will likely be announced in the coming weeks. The “Dynamite” music video is now available on YouTube.

Music from BTS, including their recently released album, Map of the soul: 7, is available for streaming on Spotify, Apple Music, and most major platforms.
