Because the sports world is now in spite of the coronavirus pandemic, the NFL is the next up. There will also be questions and concerns.
Before the training camp itself begins, several players have already decided to opt for the NFL season 2020 due to health concerns. That list will surely grow as well.
Here’s who will not pass this season because the virus continues to run.
Laurent Duvernay-Tardif, OG, Kansas City Chiefs
Duvernay-Tardif, who has a medical degree and worked as an orderly in a long-term care facility in his Montreal, Quebec birthplace, during the pandemic, became the first player to say goodbye to the 2020 season. offensive guard of the Chiefs tweeted his reasoning on 24 July.

De’Anthony Thomas, WR / KR, Baltimore Ravens
Return specialist De’Anthony Thomas has voluntarily opted out of the season, the Ravens announced Monday.
We have rejected G Evan Adams, G Daishawn Dixon, T RJ Prince and K Nick Vogel.
TE Jacob Breeland is placed on the active list of non-football injuries.
WR De’Anthony Thomas has been added to the reserve list (optional opt-out).

Chance Warmack, OG, Seattle Seahawks
NFL Media’s Mike Garafolo announced Monday that Warmack has signed her off for the season. Warmack, who signed with the Seahawks this spring, also sat out last season

Maurice Canady, CB, Dallas Cowboys
Garafolo also reported Monday that Canady will also rule out the season.

Marcus Cannon, OL, New England Patriots
Cannon, who battled non-Hodgkins lymphoma in 2011, will not play in 2020.

Hightower, who has a two-week-old son, has been chosen to protect the safety of his family.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Tuesday that Bolden is one of five Patriots to record the season.
And so Patriots RB Brandon Bolden also plans to retire from the 2020 season, which would make him the fifth New England player to miss this season.

The veteran tight end will not play this season, according to NFL Media’s Tom Pelissero.

Brewer played seven games with the Rams after signing last summer as a developed free agent.
“With my history with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, I’m at great risk and I will refrain from playing in the NFL this season,” Brewer said in a statement posted on the team’s website. “I want to thank the Rams for their support and I look forward to returning to the field in 2021 and beyond.”
Marquise Lee, WR, Patriots of New England
The USC product first became a father in February, citing its newborn daughter as a key factor in its decision.

CJ Mosley, LB, New York Jets
The four-time Pro Bowl linebacker cites family health concerns as his reason for rejection, ESPN’s Rich Cimini reported Saturday.

Bills general manager Brandon Beane says the cornerback will sit out the 2020 season.
