2022 Mercedes EQS Futuristic interior fully revealed in official images

The future of Mercedes Benz vehicles is almost here, with all new 2022 Mercedes EQs arriving. Although not the first EQ model to be introduced, the flagship EQS is the first model based on the company’s modular architecture for luxury and executive-class electric vehicles.

In this way, Stuttgart’s designers were given the freedom to create the most up-to-date interior design and experience for drivers and occupants. The production version of the cabin is quite different from the EQS concept, though, so forget it and scroll down to see a sneak peek of the official facial images provided.

The new MBUX hyperscreen is at the forefront of that design evolution, presented by three large displays under a single scratch-resistant glass that covers the entire dashboard. Notably, the system uses eight CPU cores, 24 GB RAM and 46.4 GB per second RAM bandwidth.

Although not seen in the official images, the layout of the base model EQS, which is not equipped with MBUX hyperscreen, will be different. Common to both, however, is the lack of a transmission tunnel.

Beyond the MBUX hyperscreen, Mercedes said that EQS can be experienced with virtually all human sensations, such as visual, auditory, olfactory and hepatic. Yes, olfactory, such as EQS comes with a High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter that cleans and filters the outside air entering the cabin. As part of the air-balance package, EQS also has an active fragrance, which comes with a new fragrance, called the Number M Mood Linen.

In terms of heptic vision, the MBUX hyperscreen provides heptic feedback that uses force feedback on both the center and the passenger display. There are also 12 actuators located under the touchscreen surfaces, which can stimulate tangible vibrations upon contact. The other elements of the cabin that evoke the feeling of touch are the materials and materials used by Mercedes, you know what to expect.

Obviously, the eyes are at the center of the internal structure of EQS. In addition to the visual play on the texture, a play on ambient lighting is employed throughout the cabin. Sliding panels, on the other hand, are borrowed from the interior design of modern living spaces. Interestingly, the needle on the digital gauge shows the effect of the laser sword.

22 Dietary stimulation starts just before the driver and passengers enter the 2022 EQS, saluting them as they approach the vehicle and enter. Aside from the sound system surrounding the 15-speaker Burmster, there are two soundscapes with the vehicle called Silver Waves and Vivid Flux, while the driving sound, which varies depending on the driving mode and other dynamic inputs of the driver, is optional. Produced by built-in speakers.

More importantly, EQS is available with happy sounds, called Forest Glade, Sounds the F Sea and Summer Rain, which can be picked up during stop-over to promote relaxation. In other words, Mercedes wants you to recharge your body when you recharge your EQS battery.

Speaking of charging, while not mentioned in a recent long press release, Mercedes announced that there would be 500,000 supported Mercedes Me Charging locations worldwide, including 200,000 people living in Europe. The WLTP test will also have an EQS range of 43 435 miles (kilometers00 kilometers).

The 2022 Mercedes EQS will be launched in Europe this August. Until then we will know more details, but we know that it will be manufactured at the Sindhelingen plant in carbon-neutral “Factory 56” with S-class and Maybach S-class.
