The 2020 NWSL Challenge Cup continues as the Utah Royals FC and Houston Dash starred in a 3-3 thriller in Utah that ultimately ended with No. 8 draft pick Tziarra King scoring an 89-minute equalizer in his first professional game. The tournament features eight entrants who spend approximately a month in Utah hoping to take home the inaugural trophy for the world’s top women’s league.
The second of eight days in the preliminary round is scheduled for Tuesday. The knockout stage begins in mid-July. The final will air on CBS, while all matches will be available to stream on CBS All Access.
