Nowadays, it is not surprising to wear Kylie Jenner a different hairstyle every day of the week. On any given Monday, she might be mirrored with spot-yellow hair, and the next day she might have cotton-candy blue locks – the sky (and the rainbow) is the limit if you are Kylie.
Truth be told, it’s not very often that we see Kylie with shorter hair, as she is known to favor long wigs and voluminous extensions. But this weekend, Kylie documented an early birthday party with friends while shaking a chic honey blonde bob, and, not suffering, it makes us kind of ride to the shears ourselves.
In one video on her Instagram Stories, we see Kylie blow out the candles on top of a blush-colored cake, with her dark golden hair (which could still be a wig) expertly crawling under her chin. They paired the supposed hairstyle with an even chic outfit: a black jacket tossed over a delicate bralette – no shirt needed.
Kylie has been taking a break from hair dye and extensions over the past few months, giving fans rare looks on her real hair from time to time. In early April, the reality star and makeup designer told her followers she was going on a ‘hair health journey’ amid the coronavirus pandemic. “This is such a great time to just take your hair and your nails out, no lashes,” she said on Instagram at the time.
As for the birthday girl, Kylie turns 23 on August 10 – and if there’s one thing we know about Kylie, it’s that she’s going all out for bash days. We’ll have to wait and see what else is in store for their big day, but we have a feeling there will be enough Instagrams along the way.
